    1979-011A (#11266) Cosmos 1076
    
    SPACECOM'S  1 DAY BEFRORE DECAY message - prepared August 09,15:18 UTC - shows 
    the decay on          10 August, 14:42 UTC + 15 hours (60.0°N, 209.3°E)
    on an ascending pass very near Anchorage (Alaska).
    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01221.011...-01221.563... the decay
    on                    10 August, 14:22 UTC +/- 45 minutes (21.80°S, 198.10°E)
    on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
    On a rev earlier the satellite will cross the American continent from S to N 
    beginning around 13:12 UTC (55.8°N, 131.1°W).
    
    Cosmos 1076 aka "Okean-E" is a big piece (1950 kg) and looks like a cylinder 
    with two solar panels.
