I derived the following using my observations of 2001 Aug 04 - 09 UTC:

USA 129         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v
1 24680U 96072A   01221.06842014  .00028388  00000-0  39006-3 0    08
2 24680  97.9284 282.4902 0509924  58.3668 306.6222 14.76189755    07

All elements except inclination were included in the differential correction.

Mean residuals are about 0.01 deg.

I obtained the following points tonight:

24680 96 072A   2701 F 20010809015029880 17 25 0041004+392837 47 S

Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m
