I derived the following using my observations of 2001 Aug 04 - 08 UTC:

USA 129         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v
1 24680U 96072A   01220.11946759  .00028498  00000-0  38382-3 0    02
2 24680  97.9284 281.5491 0512000  61.8189 303.3798 14.76136575    00

All elements except inclination and eccentricity were included in the
differential correction.

Mean residuals are about 0.01 deg.

I obtained the following point tonight:

24680 96 072A   2701 P 20010808030404350 17 25 1158352+322716 38 S

Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m
