I observed 96072A tonight running about 78 s late relative Mike McCants' 2 day
    old elements:

    USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 24680U 96072A 01214.08788524 .00025500 00000-0 33472-3 0 01
    2 24680 97.9202 275.5698 0502500 81.1853 278.8146 14.78643026 08

Its track was as expected for a 78 s late arrival. I obtained one accurate
point before it moved behind clouds:

    24680 96 072A 2701 F 20010804030359330 17 25 1314777+185284 18 S

    Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m

It is unlikely that I will be unable to observe tomorrow night.
